HON FRANCIS ASENSO BOAKYE ADDRESSES UNITED NATIONS GENERAL  ASSEMBLY


Yesterday, tje member.of parliament for Bantama.constituency and Mister for works and  housing Hon Francos Asenso-Boakye was privileged to  address a High-level Meeting of the United Nations General Assembly  in New York on the implementation of the ‘New Urban Agenda’







Hon FAB pledged the country’s commitment to the Agenda on behalf of the government of Ghana.

The New Urban Agenda highlights linkages between sustainable urbanization, housing, job creation, livelihood opportunities and improved quality of life, and

it insists on the incorporation of all these sectors in every urban development agenda.

Hon. Francis Hon. Francis Asenso-Boakye Commisions a new police station at Bantama Ahenrbronum.

 This morning, together with the Mayor of Kumasi, Hon Sam Pyne  and the immediate past MP for Bantama, Hon Daniel Okyem Aboagye, Francis Asenso-Boakye (MP) handed over a newly constructed police station building at Bantama Ahenbronum to the Ashanti Regional Police Command.  He reiterated government's intentions to  seek a strong  collaboration with the Ghana Police Service to use this station as a community policing facility in the maintenance of law and order in the constituency.. As part of his bantama Nkoso) Agenda,  he earlier this month  cut sod for construction of a modern police station at at Ohwim Amanfrom, Donation of about 20000 dual desk to schools in the bantama constituency,  sod cutting for a Library project at bantama LA and Presentation of cheques to scholarship beneficiaries as part of his MP's Common Fund.

Hon Francis Asenso-Boakye appointed as a Member of the NPP Regional Advisory Council of the Youth Wing.

 The member of Parliament for Bantama constituency and Minister for works and housing has once again been recognised and appointed as a Member of the advisory Council of the NPP Ashanti Regional  Youth wing. Speaking to constituents ,this  news was not a surprised to them   because of his immense contributions in the development and support of the Bantama Youth Wing.  Hon Francis Asenso- Boakye over his 2years  and some months stay in parliament has really demonstrated leadership beyond excellence.  In areas of Infrastructural  development,  Human Resource Development and MP's constituents relationship suppases all.
