 Minister's Press Briefing:series under the auspices of of Ministry  of Information Hon Francis Asenso-Boakye took his turn to account for His stewardship at the Ministry of Works and Housing 


The Minister for works and housing and a member of parliament for the good people of bantama constituency, Hon FAB took his  turn at the “Minister’s Press Briefing” series under the auspices of the Ministry of Information, to account for his  stewardship at the Ministry of Works and Housing.


 These engagements play an instrumental role in strengthening transparency and accountability in our governance system.


His presentation highlighted key activities and achievements of government in the areas of Drainage and Flood Management Programme; Coastal Protection Programme; and Affordable and District Housing Programmes.


He reiterated that Government, under the leadership of President Nana Akufo-Addo is mindful of its commitment to the good people of Ghana, and will not renege on its duty of building a modern and resilient society to improve the economic and social well-being of Ghanaians.

Hon. Francis Hon. Francis Asenso-Boakye Commisions a new police station at Bantama Ahenrbronum.

 This morning, together with the Mayor of Kumasi, Hon Sam Pyne  and the immediate past MP for Bantama, Hon Daniel Okyem Aboagye, Francis Asenso-Boakye (MP) handed over a newly constructed police station building at Bantama Ahenbronum to the Ashanti Regional Police Command.  He reiterated government's intentions to  seek a strong  collaboration with the Ghana Police Service to use this station as a community policing facility in the maintenance of law and order in the constituency.. As part of his bantama Nkoso) Agenda,  he earlier this month  cut sod for construction of a modern police station at at Ohwim Amanfrom, Donation of about 20000 dual desk to schools in the bantama constituency,  sod cutting for a Library project at bantama LA and Presentation of cheques to scholarship beneficiaries as part of his MP's Common Fund.

 The member of Parliament for Bantama constituency and Minister for works and housing has once again been recognised and appointed as a Member of the advisory Council of the NPP Ashanti Regional  Youth wing. Speaking to constituents ,this  news was not a surprised to them   because of his immense contributions in the development and support of the Bantama Youth Wing.  Hon Francis Asenso- Boakye over his 2years  and some months stay in parliament has really demonstrated leadership beyond excellence.  In areas of Infrastructural  development,  Human Resource Development and MP's constituents relationship suppases all.
